Connecting filmmakers to capital

The operating system for film financing.

Filmmakers and capital partners often speak different languages. New Path Pictures helps turn creative ambition into a clearer financing conversation, grounded in the story, budget and audience evidence.

In private testing with filmmakers. Early access is by invitation.

The opportunity

Two languages. One project.

The Engine connects creative materials, financial assumptions and sourced research. Human review keeps evidence separate from estimates and open questions, before a capital conversation begins.

A pitch that gets to the point.

Build from your story or improve your existing deck. Refine the copy, choose images and leave notes exactly where a change is needed.

A budget you can work with.

Bring an existing budget or develop an estimate. Review assumptions, adjust the details and share a versioned Excel workbook with your team.

A clearer route to an audience.

Explore the people who may care, where to reach them and the potential buyers and partners whose interests fit your project.

How you move forward

Bring what you have. Build from there.

  1. Tell your story.

Share the idea and any deck, script or budget you already have. You do not need a finished package to begin.

  2. Let the Engine do the first pass.

Research, drafts and marked estimates give you something concrete to improve. Missing details become simple questions.

  3. Make it yours, then share.

Ask for changes, add photos and review each version. Publish your deck when you are ready for existing viewers to see it.

You can say “I don’t know.”

The question

Will your crew need to travel?

Your answer

I’m not sure yet.

The next step

Keep travel marked as an estimate, then refine it when you know the locations and crew.

Clear next steps help you improve the plan without having to know everything on day one.
